Lifestyle shop Rosie Rose opened in East Street on last Saturday (February 15) Jessica Van Der Merwe has been tasked with running store and has said it is fitting in 'really well' in the city. Speaking to The Observer, she said: "We are a lifestyle store selling easy to wear clothing and furniture. There is something for everybody in a whole lot of different styles. "There is nothing else like it in Chichester — we are fresh and it is completely different to most stores. "We've had a very good reception, people have liked it. The response from the public has been great — such good feedback. It's fitting in really well." Owner Danny Elson said: "We want to bring this eclectic mix over from Brighton. It's unusual for Chichester but it has been really well received." The store follows in the footsteps of previous Rosie Rose shops including an 'eclectic' furniture store in Brighton and a clothing store in Portsmouth. Rosie Rose has been running 20 per cent off on some products as an opening deal.
