Hide AdMax Harbron, who leads the new homes teams, has been promoted to an associate director, and head of land and commercial Jon Justice has also been promoted to an associate director.
Both are stepping into new roles following what has been the busiest year for new developments throughout the company’s 30-year history.
The news reflects the company’s vision to provide clients with a full-service property experience with a joined-up approach for land owners and developers.
After joining the business in 2008 as a negotiator, Max Harbron went on to manage the Worthing sales team for several years, and was then instrumental in the inception and expansion of the new homes department.
