Asbo man cannot drink anywhere in public

Richard Hinton, of Chestnut Grove, was given a three-year Asbo. It forbids him from being drunk or consuming alcohol in any public place in West Sussex.

The order was imposed by Chichester magistrates after they were told Hinton had caused numerous problems within Bognor because of his behaviour when drunk.
