A fire in Buchan Park was caused by ‘deliberate ignition’ of fly-tipped waste, according to West Sussex Fire & Rescue Service.
They responded to the fire at Buchan Park on Monday, August 15 at 9.14pm.
A spokesperson for West Sussex Fire & Rescue Service said: "Joint Fire Control sent one fire engine and one off-road vehicle from Crawley to the scene.
