Picnic: The Big Picnic event that was organised on Saturday in aid of the playing fields association was enjoyed by everyone who took part. The weather was good and plenty of families entered into the spirit of the day. With games and rides and a bouncy castle the children were well catered for. Special guest appearance of Olaf from Frozen made the day extra special. Congratulation to Pauline Wilson & Fiona Hosein on organising this fun event.
Exhibition: Tomorrow you all have an opportunity to see some of the beautiful designs and craft work by Desmond Ryan. For over fifty years talents local craftsman Desmond has been designing and making beautiful boxes, mirrors, clocks vases and more. Some of us have had the chance to buy one of these amazing one off designs. Desmond will be exhibiting and selling his craft at the Pashley manor Sculpture Festival from 11 am to 5pm. Entrance to the gardens are £9.50, and you will be able to walk round the beautifully kept grounds and visit the exhibition. We wish Desmond good luck for a great & successful show.
