Why is it that West Sussex County Council are involved when we are in East Sussex? I do not know, their answer was that both councils are in liaison with each other all the time. May be we should have approached West Sussex about the road lamps near to the footbridge, that have been out of action for several years.
LADIES GROUP: Falmer Ladies met in January to discuss their new programme of events for 2016. The programme is not yet fully complete but the next meeting on Tuesday February 9 at 7.30pm welcomes back Backula who will be demonstrating some more Indian cooking, particularly finger snacks.
