Fashion show to raise funds for performing arts school
The fashion show will be held to raise funds for the schools' annual production, which this year will be Disney's Beauty and the Beast, to be performed at the De La Warr Pavilion on 17th and 18th February.
Organiser Barbara Burstow said the 'friends' are keeping their fingers crossed that Friday 13th will prove to be a lucky date for the school, which is based at Town Hall Square.

To help with the ever increasing cost of putting on a large production the 'friends' are organising what should be an entertaining and fun evening to help towards funding. There will also be a short cabaret during the interval performed by some of the students.
"The clothes modelled at the fashion show all come from High Street shops and will be sold on the night at reduced prices. All ages and all sizes '“ well nearly - sizes 8 to 20+. So you can 'Try on and Buy on the Night'!"
Ninfield Memorial Hall is the venue for the show which starts at 7.30pm.
Tickets, which must be purchased in advance, cost 5 and include a glass of wine.
