Littlehampton park flies the Green Flag for fifth year running

CLEAN, green, neat and trim, Littlehampton's Mewsbrook Park has again been named as one of the best in the country.

The park, which opened in the 1930s, has been handed the prestigious Green Flag award for the fifth year in a row, in recognition that it is welcoming, safe, well-maintained, and a much-loved community asset.

Arun cabinet member for environment Paul Wotherspoon said that the award was very important.
