So we walk along the promenade saying good morning to other dog walkers and hello to the families with pushchairs and toddlers and ‘have a good day’ to a party of French students, when without warning a cycling club of 17 bikes came through at speed and only the quick action of an adult saves a French student from being knocked over.
After this incident more bikes come through families enjoying a nice safe ride off the busy road.
