Death a huge loss to Southwick's Wick Theatre Company

She, along with her husband Ralph, co-founded Wick Theatre Company in 1948 – 68 years ago.
Betty was a true friend and I was so pleased and glad to have known her for 35 years.

Hide AdBeing president of Wick, Southwick Community Centre and Southwick Opera, she was a true leader and I was so happy to be a member of Wick for 35 years, of which I was honorary secretary for 20 years.
We in Southwick have lost a giant at Southwick Community Centre, after all that both she and Ralph have done.
That’s my small tribute to Betty Dawes.
