Durrington, Strand need an upgrade of facilities
Within a short span of time, hundreds of new homes have been created in the Cissbury Chase development on the old college site, and the Skyline refurbishment of the old Lloyds buildings.
This is surely good news for the look of the area and the Strand shopping parade.

It badly needs decent facilities like waiting areas and toilets.
The parking arrangements need to be addressed: recently the handful of spaces outside had somewhat aggressive warning notices erected threatening £100 fines for unauthorised parkers.
So it appears that the train station now has no dedicated parking at all (despite the car park around the back of the Health Authority building).
