Lancing Leisure Centre was the setting for the competition, with year six and seven pupils from Thornberry and Oakfield middle schools, Lancing, White Styles middle, Sompting, and Manor Hall middle, Southwick, taking part.
They competed in track and field events, including relays and sprint races, throwing and high and long jumps and Adur council chairman Liza McKinney presented trophies to the winners at the end of the afternoon.

Hide AdIn the boys' competition, Manor Hall came first, with Oakfield second, Thornberry, third and White Styles, fourth. In the girls' competition, Oakfield won, with Manor Hall second, Thornberry third and White Styles, fourth. The overall winners were Manor Hall.
