'˜Severe' accident causes delays on M23
An accident on the M23 northbound has caused delays this morning.
The severe incident has now been moved onto the hard shoulder, however queuing traffic remains between M23 J9, Gatwick Airport and M25 J7, Merstham.
All lanes have been reopened.
