Two hospitalised after Hastings pole crash

A 23-year-old woman was treated at the scene for potential neck injuries and she was taken to the Conquest Hospital.
Another patient was taken to hospital in another ambulance after the crash on Braybrooke Road at 4:35am.

Hide AdTwo East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service appliances from Hastings and one officer were mobilised to the scene.
Crews used hydraulic cutting equipment to release one of the casualties.
South East Coast Ambulance Service sent two single responder vehicles and two ambulance crews to the scene who treated the patients.
Firefighters left the scene at 5:40am.
