Gary's four give Littlehampton hope
LITTLEHAMPTON Cricket Club kept alive their slim hopes of promotion with victory over Stirlands on Saturday.
They now trail second-placed, Steyning, by 34 points with three matches left '” all away.
Littlehampton opened with Chris Kirkham and Chris Heberlein, with an eye on the future composition of their line-up. They batted well together, bright and adventurous, without taking unnecessary risks. Dorkings eventually separated them, trapping Kirkham lbw with the score on 32.
